PRE-SCREENING OF CANDIDATES

Our dedicated services start in the foreign countries where we work with government appointed agencies to search and identify the right candidates. In the shortest time, we will be able to assess and evaluate according to your requirements and expectations, to gather workers with the right skills and aptitude that fits into your esteemed organization.

APM shall conduct the first interview, with a thorough briefing and pre-screening of all workers available. Ensuring all relevant documents are properly compiled and completed.

EMPLOYER'S INTERVIEW – SELECTION & CONFIRMATION OF WORKERS

Second interview of the pre-screened workers shall be conducted by your company HR Manager or Representatives.

DOCUMENTATION AND ALL RELEVANT MATTERS

At the end of the 2nd interview, APM shall have the authorization from your company to submit and process all documentation of work permit pertaining to all the confirmed selected workers.

UPON WORKER’S ARRIVAL PROCEEDING

Accommodations are pre-arranged for the workers. We shall receive and pick up the workers at the airport upon their arrival in Singapore.

Orientation to the lifestyle & culture in Singapore; and

Briefing on terms and conditions of employment, matters pertaining to employment contract are given to every worker.

Medical check-up is being arranged and paid for by APM.

Issuance of work permit, MOM Thumbprint, Collection of work permit card shall be fully arranged by APM.

REPLACEMENT/ REPATRIATION OF WORKER

To provide the confidence to the workers that we sourced, APM shall provide a one to one replacement of worker.

RENEWAL OF WORK PERMIT

APM will assist in renewing of work permit at the end of each worker’s 2 year's contract emplaced by APM. As a token of appreciation NO placement fee will be charged to the employer.

VALUE-ADDED CUSTOMER SERVICES

Long term consultancy services on HR related matters;

Malaysian work permit application or renewal, arranging repatriation or related matters; Advice on resolving cases with MOM related matters.
